GREEN COFFEE BEANS, UNROASTED, RAW COFFEE BEANS
This type of coffee it’s classified as Arabica coffee (Coffea arabica) or Robusta coffee (Coffea canephora).
These are washed beans, gourmet type, without the outer sheaths, derived from the fruit of the coffee plant without being exposed to any process of roasting or decaffeination.
The wet process removes the fruit from the seed; skin, pulp, parchment, and silverskin slough off to reveal a beautiful bean, ranging from pale yellow to pale green.
